- We were so blessed and fortunate to meet Attorney Larry Vaughan. After a Google Map Search, I called Larry and he promptly and quickly responded and set up a consultation. After the initial meeting, we begin to compile loads of research. We provided Attorney Larry Vaughan with, print outs of text messages, audios, photographs and data to support our claims. Our first court appearance, Larry Vaughan was successful in securing a change in venue and getting the judge to recuse himself, totally due to Larry’s skill and ability to perform with years of experience. Following, after a few more months of digging deeper and compiling more evidence we got a new court date in the adjacent county. On our final appearance in court, Attorney Larry Vaughan operating like a skilled brain surgeon, orchestrating a defense that allowed my girlfriend to walk out successfully with both of her minor children. The icing on the cake came, when we were notified, by mail that the judge agreed to award my girlfriend that her attorney fees which would be paid my the defendant. Part 2 - A Follow-up My girlfriend two years later, became immediately having difficulty with her X and fondly had to contact Roane County Child Support Office. Then having transferred tons of paperwork to them, got another court date. She attended court with her X having to appear via Subpoena. The court begin like normal, at least 6 others where called upon and then the Judge called her name and her X’s name. They where sworn in, her X took the stand, was immediately at a disadvantage, due to failure to pay 1,100 dollars for Nov., Dec, & Jan. The Judge was so great and knew her way in Legal matters. She ask Julie’s X why he had failed to pay. Jumping forward, Julie and I witnessed him being handcuffed and hauled to jail. He bailed out paying a fine, of $150.00 + $3,300. Now he’s late again the next step is lost of license and jail time. Had not the Awesome Judge, who supported the Child Support findings, she would have lost. Julie’s X owes her $43,000 in arrears, child support. Thanks to Attorney Larry Vaughn she wouldn’t have received a fair financial settlement. Thanks for reading.
